We want you to be satisfied with your AFDIN purchase. This policy outlines how returns and refunds are handled.
Return Eligibility
Products may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that show signs of use, are missing original packaging, or were marked as final sale at the time of purchase are not eligible for return.

Refunds
Since orders are paid via Cash on Delivery, approved refunds will be arranged directly with our customer service team. Refund processing times will be communicated once your return is received and inspected.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.
